If you’re running or working with a nonprofit, you know how much heart and effort it takes. The challenge is that marketing often feels like one more thing on your never-ending list. It’s easy for it to slip through the cracks, even though it’s the key to reaching donors, volunteers, and your community.

That’s why I started IC Impact. My mission is simple: to help nonprofits strengthen their marketing in a way that feels doable and impactful. This blog will be updated daily with ideas, strategies, and practical tips you can apply right away. No fluff, just clear advice designed for mission-driven organizations.

Quick Tip for Day 1:

When you share updates about your nonprofit, go one step further than telling people what happened, show them why it matters.

For example, instead of posting, “We held a fundraiser last weekend,” try framing it like this: “Because of our fundraiser, we’ll be able to provide safe housing resources to more families in our community this year.”

The difference is small, but it’s powerful. People want to feel connected to the outcome of your work, not just the activity itself. Highlighting impact helps donors and supporters understand the bigger picture and keeps them inspired to stay involved.
