Meet Izzy Carbert
Hi, I'm Izzy Carbert! I grew up in the beautiful Tongue River Valley and graduated from Tongue River High School, where I was actively involved in sports, extracurricular activities, and community events. Growing up in a close knit community instilled in me a deep appreciation for connection, collaboration, and giving back. Those values continue to guide my work with nonprofits and small businesses today.
I’m a proud University of Wyoming graduate with dual degrees in Marketing and Management. During my time at UW, I gained hands on experience through internships with the Wyoming Community Navigator Program and the Wyoming Small Business Development Center, where I developed skills in marketing campaigns, social media content creation, webinars, and educating small business owners on marketing, cybersecurity, and AI tools.
After graduation, I served as the Marketing and Outreach Specialist for Habitat for Humanity of the Eastern Bighorns. In this role, I managed multichannel campaigns, created advertising and social media content, and promoted community events, helping to engage the community and support the organization’s mission.
I founded IC Impact to help nonprofits and small businesses amplify their stories through creative, strategic marketing. My goal is to provide purpose driven organizations with tailored campaigns that connect with their audiences, whether that’s donors, volunteers, or customers, helping them tell their stories in a way that inspires action and makes a measurable difference.
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, attending concerts, traveling, and hanging out with family and friends. I’m passionate about helping nonprofits and small businesses share their stories and connect with their communities through creative campaigns that make a meaningful impact.
